A robot-god knits

— while the world burns around him. Everything is connected by a thread.

I recently discovered Terra Prime T4 — Le Dieu, and this image stopped me cold. A gigantic robot, in the middle of chaos, knitting. So fitting for our times, where artificial intelligence invades everything — and not always for the better. I have nothing against it, honestly, it's often quite useful. But using it to deceive, to fabricate fake news, to manipulate images and videos — what a waste of energy, what a shame.

Knitting doesn't lie. One stitch at a time, no shortcuts possible.
